lets hope!!

well it has been a long time since i last posted and i needed to get into the practice of writing something which is worth reading . i have been watching news stories on TV where the upcoming budget is eagerly awaited and talks are also around as to how our finance minister(India) is going to curb the soaring inflation rates which is on a record 25 week high!!!. well i am not too sure to bet abt budget and how his decisions are going to change our lives but i always get angry with the developmental plans which governments plan.these are my views about them as of today:


1>DELHI is a city(read it as downtown and monumental areas) with illegal structures ,people live lives without paying house rent,use water resources ,electricity bills etc and the delhi govt is planning to stop them(well i have been hearing them say these words from as long as they took over the govt)HOW???oh not by the ceiling act(i.e to destroy and shut the illegal property)but by paying for them without kicking them out???well they were kicking them out for the last 6 months but not now coz UP is going to polls and they are going to terminate them .with all this in hindsight they have grand plans of hosting DELHI COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010 . i do know that running a govt is not anybody's cup of tea but when the SupremeCourt says kicking them out is the solution then u better follow it,instead u use ur smartness and bring on your own plans and jeopardise or country's image in front of the world .well i dont have much to say abt this any more .delhi our capital city is unorganised yet after 60 yrs of Independence!!well solution is people in the ministries need lessons in Urban planning or use your common sense .



2>when i see the news channels make our sucess stories out loud and clear on TV,i feel proud abt it ,At the same time i realise that certain things which are happening in our country currently Land acquisitions,Illegal encroachements,take over of farm land without compensation etc are not given the magnitude of attention which is needed .i feel helpless as i watch these sad things unfold . i can vouch for what i am saying is this ,for any country to succeed a long distance ur people need to be taken care off well which i suppose happens big time in the United States .what i am saying is this "There is no point in giving us gold when we are satisfied with silver but there is point in giving them basic rights(food,land,shelter,clothing,education) when they are trying for their ends need".

we have got the little that we want EDUCATION,good parents etc .a serious effort needs to go into make sure that these things happen irrespective of which govt comes to power .As of today , i dont think this happens or is happening to my knowledge .a repeat telecast of srinivasan jain's award winning show abt farmer suicide was shown on NDTV which won him second prize in some big festival in NY .i would like to congratulate him for the award and for his efforts .he showed us that the picture is just too bleak and sad in villages .

well i cut it here now, but our developments what we are making a fuss about is to only concerned with 30-35% living in cities in India and some million NRI's and the investors . we will be developed untill and unless the remaining 60% become what we are today(or i am) till 2020 .lets hope!!
